We believe in empowerment with ease. Our platform provides an organized framework for you to plan, create, and manage your own content. Whether you manage a team of content contributors or you’re the only one with access to the admin panel, you’ll find managing your own content is simple and flexible to accommodate your needs.
If you want to join Georgia GovHub, contact the DSGa team. We look forward to working with your team!
We’re dedicated to your success. Attend one of our many content management training courses. Gather your team for an all-day learning event at our bi-annual conference, GOVTalks. Of course, you can always reach out to our support team with questions or assistance if you need it.
As a government entity, we understand that your security is paramount. Our sites are built and maintained on a secure, open source platform enhanced with security modules. Our automated checklists and routine security reviews keep your content and data backed-up and secure.
Our Drupal-based platform is a globally developed system in which developers troubleshoot vulnerabilities before there’s a security threat.
Georgia GovHub is hosted through Amazon Web Services, designed to react quickly to spikes in traffic and security threats. Sites on our platform have a 99.98% uptime, with most downtime attributed to maintenance.
Our sites are powered by the Google Search Appliance to quickly find relevant documents, keywords or topics. Visitors can find exactly what they’re looking for — and quickly on your site using the robust metadata and filtering system built in our platform.
We recognized from the beginning, the significance of mobile usage and the need for responsive design. Globally, mobile traffic has already surpassed the use of desktop computers. As mobile devices continue to evolve in shape and size, your site on our platform will always be responsive and beautifully presented on any screen.
The state of Georgia requires websites to comply with Section 508 accessibility standards. If your state agency website does not meet Section 508 Compliance, it’s possible you could be disqualified for federal grants or even risk lawsuits for not being fully accessible.
Digital Services Georgia takes accessibility standards seriously. The code and structure on our platform has been vigorously tested and optimized for accessibility. All of our themes meet WCAG 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 guidelines for accessibility. We partner with the AMAC Accessibility Solutions and Research Center and the state’s ADA Coordinator’s Office, to make accessibility research and education an ongoing priority.
