Yen has served more than 19 years with the State of Georgia with several agencies, and has the experience that comes with the challenges of providing government services while keeping pace with the speed of ever-changing technology.

She has a Masters degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. In her spare time, Yen enjoys traveling, learning to play the piano, and trying to reason with her toddler son.
